Fashionomi is looking for a driven Store Manager in Leiden (full-time). Do you have retail experience, a passion for fashion, and do you know how to motivate a team? Do satisfied customers and a store that always looks spick and span make you happy? Then read on!

What you will be doing

• You lead the team with energy, clarity, and confidence
• You ensure the store always looks neat and tidy
• You contribute ideas for local promotions, TikTok moments, and events
• You manage inventory, place and check orders, and ensure bestsellers are always in stock
• You work in a goal-oriented manner and know how to get others on board
• You liaise with head office regarding sales figures reports
• You provide input for social media and product launches

This is you

• You have experience in a leadership role (e.g., as an assistant store manager or supervisor)
• You are at least 20 years old
• You are customer-oriented and know what appeals to our target audience
• You are strong in organizing, remain calm under pressure, and are solution-oriented
• You reside near Leiden
