Fashionomi is looking for a driven Store Manager in Leiden (30 hours). Do you have retail experience, a passion for fashion, and know how to motivate a team? Do you thrive on satisfied customers and a store that always looks its best? Then read on!
What will you be doing?
- You lead the team with energy, clarity and confidence
- You ensure that the store always looks neat
- You contribute ideas about local actions, TikTok moments and events
- You manage the stock, place and check orders and ensure that bestsellers are always in stock
- You work goal-oriented and know how to get others involved
- You consult with the head office about the reporting of the sales figures
- You provide input for social media and product launches
This is you
- You have experience as a manager (e.g. as an assistant store manager or supervisor)
- You are at least 20 years old
- You are customer-oriented and know what appeals to our target group.
- You are strong in organizing, remain calm under pressure and think in terms of solutions
- You live near Leiden
