Your role

As an assistant retail coordinator, you'll be responsible for the daily operations and the continued professionalization of our stores. You'll ensure the collection is always perfectly presented, that processes run smoothly and efficiently, and that customers have an optimal shopping experience. With your eye for detail and flair for fashion, you'll truly make a difference.

• Improve processes and work structures.

• Analyze figures and results and actively manage them.

• Stock management and optimal presentation of the collection.

• Implement clear working methods, guidelines and improvement plans.

• Setting up and implementing commercial campaigns and local marketing initiatives.

• Follow appropriate merchandising guidelines.

• You'll also regularly be traveling to our stores in Den Bosch, Utrecht, Breda, and Leiden. Additional locations may be added in the future.

• You have experience in the fashion industry.

• You have a passion for fashion, styling and shopping experience.

• You are results-oriented, strong in processes and customer-oriented.
