Junior Retail Coordinator

Are you passionate about retail, do you immediately see when something can be smarter, more beautiful or more commercial, and do you want to grow within a fast-growing fashion brand? Then this might be your next step!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Retail Coordinator for Fashionomi. In this varied role, you will assist with everything needed to ensure our stores run optimally. You will be in frequent contact with the teams, contribute commercially, and regularly travel to our various branches.

 

✨ What will you do?

No two days are the same. One day you will be working on staff planning or analysing store results, the next day you will visit a branch and help improve store presentation.

Among other things, you will be involved in:

• Supporting the planning and daily organization of our stores
• Maintaining regular contact with store managers and store teams
• Visiting our branches in Breda, Den Bosch, Leiden, Nijmegen, and Utrecht
• Contributing ideas for store layout and Visual Merchandising
• Reviewing sales figures and identifying commercial opportunities
• Devising and implementing local store promotions
• Improving work processes and agreements within the stores
• Monitoring inventory, presentation, and the overall store experience
• Supporting future store openings and further retail growth

You see what can be improved, actively address it, and help our teams to get the best out of every store.

 

💗 Who are we looking for?

You:

• Have experience in retail; fashion experience is a plus
• Are energized by stores, fashion, and commerce
• Are enthusiastic, communicative, and not afraid to take initiative
• Can maintain a good overview and easily switch between different tasks
• Enjoy traveling regularly
• Enjoy collaborating with different store teams
• Think in solutions and quickly identify opportunities
• Are flexible when required in retail

You don't need to be an experienced Retail Manager yet. We are primarily looking for someone with ambition, a sense of responsibility, and the motivation to learn a lot.
