Do you want to return your order?
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order, but returning it is no problem with us. You can return your order within 14 days. You will receive the full order amount back, via your chosen payment method. Make sure that you pack the item(s) unused and undamaged. Personalized products  be able to
NOT be returned or exchanged.

Registering a return shipment:

You can register your return via email: naomi@fashionomi.com Zorg make sure your email contains the following information: order number,  product name and reason for return.

The costs for returning are at your own expense. With the Track & Trace option you can follow your return every minute of the day and you can also see when it arrived with us. The risk of the return shipment in case it gets lost lies with you.

What happens after you have sent your return?
Once we have received and processed your return, we will let you know via a confirmation email. When we have received the product in good and original condition, we will refund the order amount due within five working days after receipt, via the payment method you have chosen.

Please note: Did you receive a gift where your order must meet certain conditions? (e.g. a minimum spend) Then check carefully whether your order still meets these conditions after returning it.
