Would you like to return your order?
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your order, but returning it is no problem for us. You can return your order within 14 days. You will receive a full refund of the order amount via your chosen payment method. Make sure that you package the item(s) unused and undamaged. Personalized products cannot
NOT be returned or exchanged.

Registration of return:

You can register your return via email: naomi@fashionomi.com Make sure your email contains the following information: order number, product name and reason for return.

 

The costs for returns are at your own expense. With the Track & Trace option you can track your return every minute of the day and you can also see when it has arrived with us arrived. The risk of the return in case it is lost lies with you.

What happens once you have sent your return?
As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will let you know via a confirmation email. When we have received the product in good and original condition, we will refund the order amount due within five working days of receipt, via the payment method you selected.
